Crossroads Bank Appoints Riemersma To Board Of Directors

WABASH,Indiana — FFW Corporation and Crossroads Bank have announced the appointment of Cynthia “Cindy” M. Riemersma to their Board of Directors.
Roger K. Cromer, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “We are fortunate to add a leader such as Cindy to our company as a new director. Her vast business knowledge and understanding of our local and regional economy will be most valuable.”
Cindy attended Indiana State University as well as many facilitation and leadership courses. Her experience has involved several leadership roles including General Manager of five McCopCo (McDonald’s) restaurants, Adjunct Faculty member for Vincennes University through Freedom Academy, and Human Resource Manager at 80/20 Inc. Cindy then followed her entrepreneurial spirit to open and own three Sylvan Learning Centers. From there, her passion and drive led her back to 80/20 Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer. In addition, she has maintained strong ties with her community. She is an active member of the Women’s Business Leaders Council and serves on both the Board of Directors for the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo and Passages, Inc. She also supports local programs such as WISE, Inc. and Whitley County Dazzlers. Cindy resides in North Manchester with her husband, Brad, and two daughters.
