GRANT COUNTY, Ind. – On May 8 2018 at 8:47 pm, the Joint Effort Against Narcotics (JEAN Team) along with the Indiana State Police Drug Unit assisted the Grant County Sheriff’s Department with a search warrant at The Hart Motel, 1411 N. Baldwin Ave Room #123, which was the result of a Crime Stoppers tip. Illegal narcotics, drug paraphilia, and several syringes were located in the room #123 and several people with warrants. Brandon McCormick, 30, Evan Young, 31, Lexi Nuncio, 23, Marnie Nuncio, 47, and David Smithson, 46, were all located inside room #123 and arrested. As a result of that investigation a search warrant was then executed by the Marion Police Department‘s ERT(Emergency Response Team) at 1402 S. Maple Street apt #303. While the Grant County Sheriff’s Department ERT (Emergency Response Team) executed a search warrant at 1628 W. Marion Avenue upstairs apartment. Alexis Sanders-McGraw, 22, Kalan Andrews, 18, and Sierra White, 21, were all arrested from 1402 S. Maple Street Apt #303. Jason Hall, 32, was arrested from 1628 W. Marion Avenue upstairs apartment. The JEAN Team then served a search warrant at 820 N. Wabash Ave related to this case where more drug paraphilia and multiple syringes were located. The charges range from possession of a stolen firearm to possession of a cocaine or a narcotic drug with intent to deliver. The Hart Motel, 1411 N. Baldwin Ave, is owned by Bhaidas Patel. The Marion Green Apartments, 1402 S. Maple Street, is owned by Marion Green Housing Partners LP. 1628 W. Marion Ave is owned by Russell K & Rhonda G. Humphries. 820 N. Wabash Ave. is owned by Robert & Kim Stausbaugh.
