Joseph Michael Timmons, age 63, also known as “Wild Man,” passed away Wednesday February 21, 2018 at his brothers residence in Marion. He was the son of the late Henry and Helen (Nelson) Timmons, born November 12, 1954 at Marion, Indiana.
Joseph had a talent for working on cars and could fix anything he set his mind to. “Wild Man” was an avid outdoorsman fishing, hunting, or trapping were all outdoor hobbies that he had. Joseph worked as a truck driver and also worked at Upland Grain.
Survivors for “Wild Man” include his sisters; Judy (Ronney) Shuck of Sharpsville, IN, Kate Timmons of Newport, IN, Loretta Timmons of Marion, and Jackie Slaughterback of Marion; Brothers Eugene (Shirley) Timmons of Marion, Noah (Marcia) Timmons of Marion, and Frank Velasquez, Marion, Indiana.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services College Park Chapel 4601 South Western Avenue Marion, IN. A visitation will be held on February 26, 2018 from 10:00A.M.-11:00A.M. with a funeral service following at 11:00 with Pastor Nowell Hardin officiating. Interment will be in Estates of Serenity Cemetery, Marion, Indiana
