Larry Gene Kotterman, 79, Denver, passed away at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 8, 2016, at his residence.

Born October 16, 1936, in Macy, Indiana, he was the son of Leon and Nola Clingaman Kotterman.  On June 6, 1962, in North Manchester, Indiana, he was married to Judy Fouts, and she survives.

Larry was a member of the Denver United Methodist Church and Macy Masonic Lodge.  He was a United States Army veteran, and he retired from United Parcel Service after thirty-five years.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Kotterman, Denver; two sons, Todd (Kristen) Kotterman, Sevierville, TN; and Kevin (Lea) Kotterman, Bourbon; two grandchildren, Austin (Casey) Kotterman, Rochester; and Tanner (Gabby) Kotterman, Macy; three great-grandchildren, Hayden, Jackson, and Avery; three step-grandchildren, Kody and Dylan Senff, and Ashli (Jared) Faulkner; two sisters-in-law, Lottie Kotterman, North Carolina; and Nancy (Jerry) Baker, Rochester; and one brother-in-law, Harold “Rick” (Judy) Fouts, South Carolina.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Dean and Cletus Kotterman; and one sister, Gwen Dolby.

At Larry’s request, private family services will be held at Ebenezer Cemetery, Macy.

McClain Funeral Home, Denver has been entrusted with arrangements.
