Josie D.Wilcox age 36 of Wabash is wanted for numerous outstanding warrants from Wabash, Miami and Grant counties. These charges include theft and failure to appear. He is also a suspect in several other theft cases. Wilcox is described as a white male, 5-6, 170 lbs, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
