MARION, IN- AlRose at the Banks Groundbreaking will take place Friday, October 30th, 2026, in Downtown Marion at noon.
The project is a $17.5 million mixed use riverfront development.
The city received an $800,000 innovation partners grant from the local community foundation to support the new development.
