As Halloween approaches, the department is making a guide to be publicly available addresses listed on the Grant County Sex or Violent Offender Registry. Not all registered offenders are subject to a 1,000-foot residency restriction. Restrictions depend on the individual’s conviction, legal classification, and applicable law. Additional probation, parole, or court-ordered conditions may also apply.
