Anita L. Baker, 73, of Wabash, Indiana, died at 10:51 pm, Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Wabash. She was born on July 18, 1950, to Wade E. and Lillian (Rice) Baker.
Anita was a 1968 graduate of Northfield High School and worked at First National Bank in Wabash. She enjoyed her cats and traveling.
She is survived by her niece, Dawn Hawkins; and great-niece and nephew, Hope Hawkins and Dakota Hawkins, all of Noblesville, Indiana; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Nancy Jones.
Graveside services will be 1:00 pm, Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Melissa Rice officiating. Arrangements by Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, Wabash.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Animal Shelter of Wabash County.
