Arthur Michael Bryant, 90, of Wabash, Indiana, died at 12:25 pm, Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Wabash. He was born on December 9, 1933, in New York, New York, to Arthur M. and Mary (O'Reagan) Bryant.
Arthur married Eugenia Smits in Wichita Falls, Texas on August 5, 1953. He was a US Air Force veteran, and also worked and retired after 20 years as a mechanic for the US Air Force. Arthur was a member of Emmanuel Free Will Baptist Church in Wabash. He was an avid bowler, and belonged to several leagues. Arthur enjoyed cooking out for the holidays, playing pinochle, and loved his dogs.
He is survived by his wife, Eugenia Bryant of Wabash, two daughters, Mary Ashba of Wabash, and Patricia Finster of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, four grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren, and two brothers, John (Peggy) Bryant of Michigan, and Ron (Joyce) Bryant of Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Christina Colleen Bryant, granddaughter, Rebecca Ashba, one brother, and two sisters.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Monday, January 29, 2024, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash, with Pastor Todd Williams officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawns Cemetery, Wabash. Friends may call 12:00 - 2:00 pm Monday, at the funeral home.
