Brenda Kaye Drounette, 59, of rural Wabash, Indiana, died Friday, October 4, 2024, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. She was born on April 3, 1965, in Wabash, to Keith and Judy (Smith) Resler.
Brenda enjoyed camping, going to Indiana Beach, visiting the Zoo, playing board games, pinochle, euchre, and watching movies.
She is survived by four children, Hayley Kelly of Wabash, Katrina Barfell of Mishawaka, Indiana, Emily Drounette and Joshua Kelly, both of Wabash; four grandchildren, Jazmyn Kelly of Wabash, Cole Klingerman and Faith Barfell, both of Mishawaka, and Alexis Pontius of Mulberry, Indiana; great-grandchild, Chase Kelly of Wabash; and her brother, Floyd (Linda) Resler of Mason, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her grandson, Nakota Kelly.
