Wabash, IN – Club 720 Development Corporation is proud to announce its
upcoming “Homeownership is Possible” workshop, happening on Wednesday, February 5, from
6:00 to 7:00 p.m. The event, hosted in partnership with the City of Wabash and Crossroads
Bank, will take place in the heart of Wabash, at the Wabash County Historical Museum, to
provide exclusive tools and resources for individuals dreaming of homeownership but unsure
how to achieve it.
“Homeownership is one of the most impactful ways to build long-term wealth,” said Ryan
Chasey, Community Empowerment Partner, at Club 720 Development Corporation. “This
workshop represents the spirit of collaboration that’s central to our mission. Together with
Crossroads Bank and the City of Wabash, we’re creating pathways for individuals and families
to achieve their dreams of homeownership.”
The “Homeownership is Possible” workshop will offer attendees actionable insights into the
homebuying process, equipping them with knowledge and confidence to take the first steps
toward owning a home. From providing attendees with mortgage options to showcasing tools,
like Club 720, that bridge gaps in access to education, coaching, and wealth-building resources,
Club 720 Dev. Corp. is committed to supporting aspiring homeowners reach their goals in 2025.
Attendees can also expect to learn more about the Hoosier Homes Down Payment Assistance
Program. Authorized by City leadership, the program is designed to make homeownership more
accessible by providing 3, 4 or 5% in down payment and closing cost assistance to eligible
individuals and families seeking to buy a home within the City of Wabash making up to $116,060
per year.
