Community invited to Legacy Heights Open House on April 8, 2025

WABASH, IN – Club 720 Development Corp., in partnership with the City of Wabash, is inviting the
community to a Legacy Heights Open House on Tuesday, April 8, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at the Legacy
Heights development site – 19 Conner St., Wabash, IN 46992. This event offers residents and
potential homebuyers a first look at Wabash’s newest housing neighborhood, an opportunity to
connect with the team behind the project and learn more about the Wabash-exclusive homebuyer
resources.

More than just a walk-through, the event will showcase the newly completed model home—funded by
the Wabash Community Foundation—and offer tours of lots now available for purchase. Attendees
will also learn about two exclusive tools designed to make homeownership more accessible: Hoosier
Homes, a down payment assistance program, and the Single Close Construction Loan, a simplified
financing solution for building a new home.

“Legacy Heights represents the future of housing in Wabash,” said Heather Presley-Cowen, CEO of
Club 720 Development Corp. “It’s a place where families can grow, neighbors can connect, and
community can thrive. We look forward to highlighting our progress, sharing our story, and connecting
with residents who want to be part of what’s next.”

Mayor Scott Long shared his excitement for the project’s potential: “The City is proud to be a partner
in the Legacy Heights development,” said Mayor Long. “This project brings new life to our community
and offers much-needed housing options for individuals and families looking to plant roots in Wabash.
We encourage everyone to come out on April 8th to see the vision coming to life.”
The event is free and open to the public. Whether you’re a prospective homebuyer, a curious
resident, or someone who wants to see Wabash continue to grow, this is a chance to be part of
something special.
