Deborah Jean Krintz, 75, of Kokomo, Indiana, died at 10:30 a.m., Friday, March 14, 2025, in her home. She was born on October 5, 1949, in Wabash to Gerald and Wilma Jean (Graves) Heagy.
Deborah graduated from Wabash High School in 1967. She married Larry Krintz on April 29, 1995, in Treaty. She worked as a leader for Weight Watchers for 10 years. Deborah was a member of In His Image Church, in Kokomo, and often met for prayer with people from Kokomo. She enjoyed sewing, but above all, she loved her grandkids.
Deborah is survived by her husband of nearly 30 years, Larry Krintz of Kokomo; three sons, Ricky Vautaw of Kokomo, Toby (Shelly) Vautaw of Wabash, and James (Andra) Vautaw of Chicago; stepson, Wesley Krintz of Logansport; stepdaughter, Amanda Krintz of Kokomo, as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepson, Tony Krintz, and two sisters, Karen Sue Ply and Theresa Neupert.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash. Burial will be in Friends Cemetery, Wabash. Friends may call Tuesday, March 18, 2025, 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
