WABASH, IN-Downtown Wabash, Inc. recently launched a new Community Investor Guide, following a restructure of the organization’s membership model. With the transition to an investor-based model, the 501(c)3 nonprofit organization is eager to maintain its commitment to furthering the growth and community development of Downtown Wabash.
“Rolling out the Investor Guide is more than just an exciting opportunity for us – it’s a powerful way to uplift and enhance the entire community,” says Downtown Wabash, Inc. Executive Director, Kristen Petruniw. “Together, we can shape the future of Downtown Wabash.”
The investor guide details Downtown Wabash, Inc.’s accomplishments and milestones, while highlighting how investments will positively impact 2024 strategic plan initiatives and growing event programs. With the new investor model in place, stakeholders have the opportunity to become an Investor or Event Partner. Investors will contribute toward strategic plan initiatives, while Event Partners will assist in the execution of over forty Downtown Wabash, Inc. events that attract over forty thousand visitors annually.
Downtown Wabash, Inc. strives to advance quality of place with efforts such as Wabash First Fridays, the Downtown Wabash Farmers Market, small business support, economic revitalization, building improvements and overall promotion of the district.
“Downtown Wabash, Inc. loves promoting and supporting the numerous businesses in our downtown district,” says Petruniw. “Investors help us best serve those businesses, which fosters growth, promotes collaboration and leads to support throughout the entire district.”
