Edward L. Clark, 87, Marion, passed away at 2:25 am on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at Aperion Care in Marion. He was born in Marion, Indiana, on Thursday, November 26, 1936, to Clarence and Nola (Laghm) Clark. On April 15, 1979, he married Gloria D. Reel.
Edward worked as a janitor at RCA. He was a hard worker who would work circles around anyone. He did some carpentry work in his garage and loved to take long drives with his wife, Gloria. He had a love for firearms and reloading ammunition. Edward attended Liberty Baptist Church and Salvation Army Church where he and Gloria enjoyed volunteering.
Survivors include his dear friend, Mike Farmer of Marion.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Gloria D. Clark; and brother, Gary L Clark.
A time of visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate Edward’s life will begin at 12:00 pm with Pastor Terry Bishir officiating. Burial will take place at Grant Memorial Park.
