Frank Pershing Wedge, Jr., 80, of Marion, passed away at 3:08 am on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at Marion Health. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, on Friday, September 22, 1944. He was married to Jeanie Wedge, who preceded him in death. Frank served in the United States Air Force. Following his military service, he worked as a warehouse manager. He enjoyed working on cars and was a handyman who would try to fix anything. Frank loved people and would practically give the shirt off his back to help. He cherished time with family and friends, enjoyed walking along the river, and absolutely loved camping. Frank was an all-around wonderful person who will be greatly missed. Frank is survived by his life partner, Paige White of Marion. He was also preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
