MIAMI COUNTY, IN- The Healthcare Foundation of Miami County (formerly Dukes Health Care Foundation of Miami County) is currently accepting grant applications from organizations that promote and support the health and well-being of the citizens of Miami County. Grant requests should be on the areas of health screening, health promotion, public education related to health care and other health related activities.
The applying organizations must have tax-exempt status.
Grant applications may be picked up in Peru at the Chamber of Commerce Office located at 13 East Main Street and Comerford & Co. PC located at 36 West Fifth Street in Peru.
Formal grant applications, including an original and two copies, must be mailed or dropped off to Healthcare Foundation of Miami County, 13 East Main Street, Peru, IN 46970 and received by November 30, 2024.
The Foundation’s Grant Committee, Mary Courtney Shaffer, Dick Wiles, and Fred Musselman, will review the applications. Recommendations for funding will then be presented to the full Foundation Board for approval.
