Honeywell Arts Academy Emerging Artist Series

Wabash, IN – The Columbia Club recently hosted the opening performance of the Honeywell Arts Academy’s Emerging Artist Series, presented by First Farmers Bank & Trust, in Indianapolis. Warren & Flick, featuring Honeywell Arts Academy alumni Jacob Warren and Grant Flick, are part of the Academy’s Fellowship program.

The Emerging Artist Series showcases the talent of up-and-coming musicians and fosters a vibrant and creative musical community. The remaining concerts in the series will take place on Feb. 13 and March 6. Visit columbia-club.org for more information and to purchase tickets.

Founded in 2020, the Academy is an expansion of Wabass, a music program established in 2008 for double bassists. The mission of the Academy is to foster an inclusive and supportive environment where ideas are free flowing between all. This creates a revolving door of expertise, a philosophy the Academy refers to as the “sharing of knowledge.” The Academy is designed to provide the future generation of musicians the opportunity to learn from one another, push boundaries, and connect with both local and industry communities, with world renowned faculty to propel their artistry forward and springboard their careers.
