Honeywell Arts & Entertainment announces new board members


Wabash, IN- The Honeywell Foundation Board of Directors elected 2024 officers and welcomed two new members in January. Sally Krouse was reelected as Board Chair. Other officers elected are Richard Church, reelected as Vice Chair; Dr. Bruce Trump, reelected as Treasurer; and Jack Wiley, newly elected as Secretary. The Board welcomed Dr. Dennis Dickos and Steve Forrester as new members.
Dr. Dennis Dickos, raised in Wabash, IN, is a highly skilled medical professional board-certified in Cardiology and Internal Medicine. After graduating from Butler University with honors in biology and chemistry, Dr. Dickos obtained his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He has spent his career serving patients while affiliated with the Ascension St. Vincent Hospital system through the Ascension Cardiology Group in Indianapolis, IN. In addition to his service as a clinician, he has held several administrative positions, including Director of Outpatient Cath Labs, member of the St.
Vincent Executive Council, and service as Chairman of the Board of the Ascension Medical Group. Dr. Dickos is actively involved in the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral and chaired the congregation’s campaign to construct a new church complex, as well as establishing the Milton and Theodora Dickos College Scholarship in memory of his parents.
Steve Forrester, raised in Wabash, IN, is a graduate of Purdue University and President of Intrasect Technologies located in Wabash, IN. In his role at Intrasect Technologies, he is responsible for setting the company’s overall direction and strategy while staying current within the technology, cybersecurity, and automation fields. Forrester sits on the Board of Directors for Crossroads Bank and the Arc of Wabash County, Inc. He resides in Fort Wayne, IN, and has two sons in high school and middle school.
Board members also include Angie Beauchamp, Dan Ford, Lisa Gilman, Howard Halderman, Melisa McCann, Jeanne Mirro, Ty Renbarger, and Tod Minnich.
The Honeywell Foundation Board of Directors honored outgoing Honeywell Board members Phyllis Downey and Tade Powell at the November 2023 Annual Meeting for their dedicated service and contributions while serving. Downey and Powell reached their term limits as board members, having served the max of three consecutive terms. Board Chair Sally Krouse presented Downey and Powell with framed prints of the Honeywell Center from an original painting by Penny French-Deal.
Honeywell Arts & Entertainment encompasses the full range of opportunities of The Honeywell Foundation, a nonprofit public charity. The Honeywell Board is the legal governing body of the Foundation and provides leadership and guidance to oversee the mission, vision, financial health, and management of the organization.
