The bullet struck and entered the victim&#8217;s van. Witnesses provided information that helped investigators identify the suspect vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Huntington County Sheriff&#8217;s Office deputies requested assistance from the Indiana State Police in locating the suspect vehicle. Indiana State Police subsequently located the vehicle in Grant County and conducted a traffic stop.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the investigation, the driver, William Davis, admitted to firing one round during the incident.
