He was promoted to Leasing Analyst Officer in 2023 and Assistant Vice President, Leasing Officer in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his most recent role, Weber has supported the growth of the bank\u2019s leasing portfolio and is recognized for his positive attitude, strong teamwork, and commitment to customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI&#8217;m grateful for the opportunities Crossroads Bank has provided throughout my career and thankful for the trust placed in me over the years.
