{"id":101575,"date":"2026-08-06T13:44:19","date_gmt":"2026-08-06T17:44:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yournewslocal.com\/?p=101575"},"modified":"2026-08-06T13:44:23","modified_gmt":"2026-08-06T17:44:23","slug":"101575-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yournewslocal.com\/?p=101575","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"\n<!--AUTO-AD-BEFORE-->\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block\"\n        data-ad-format=\"fluid\"\n        data-ad-layout-key=\"-gw-3+1f-3d+2z\"\n        data-ad-client=\"0531879237494766\"\n        data-ad-slot=\"5600453644\"><\/ins>\n    <script>(adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});<\/script>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indiana State Police Enforcement Bureau<br>statistics for July 2026<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INDIANAPOLIS- The Enforcement Bureau of the Indiana State Police oversees the traffic enforcement efforts of the Troopers assigned to the 14 State Police Districts throughout Indiana.\u00a0 Among their primary missions is helping to provide safe environments on our roadways for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result of strategic enforcement efforts, Troopers throughout Indiana documented the following statistics for July 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Traffic Stops \u2013 34,886<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>15,727 traffic citations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>27,596 traffic warnings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>324 drunk driving arrests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,294 criminal arrests (traffic related)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>913 criminal arrests (non-traffic related)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,529 seatbelt citations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>211 distracted driving citations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Crashes Investigated \u2013 1,327<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal injury crashes \u2013 200<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fatal crashes &#8211; 6<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers often happen upon or are dispatched to assist with disabled vehicles. These calls include flat tires, mechanical issues, vehicles stuck or are out of fuel.
