Jeff Andrew Krom, 51, of rural Roann, Indiana, died at 9:40 am, Thursday, May 16, 2024, at Parkview Wabash Hospital. He was born on April 9, 1973, in Wabash, Indiana, to Jack Don and Nancy (Kirtlan) Krom.
Jeff was a 1991 graduate of Northfield High School and received his Associate Degree from Lincoln Tech. He married Kaye L. Deck at the Bachelor Creek Church of Christ in Wabash on March 11, 1995. He was a fireman and paramedic with the Wabash City Fire Department since 2005. Jeff was a member of the Walk By Faith Community Church in Roann and a member of the Roann Volunteer Fire Department for over 25 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Kaye Krom of Roann; three daughters, Jessika Krom of Syracuse, Indiana, Jenna Krom and Jaycie Krom, both of Roann; mother, Nancy Krom of Wabash; and his brother, Ken (Carla) Krom of Liberty, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Don Krom.
Funeral services will be 10:30 am, Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at Walk by Faith Community Church, 515 S. Chippewa Street, Roann, with Jody Tyner officiating. Burial will be in Roann Community Cemetery, Roann. Friends may call 2-8 pm Monday, at the church. Arrangements by Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, Wabash.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are Walk By Faith Youth Group or the Roann Fire Department.
