After a hard-fought battle and an extended illness, Lisa Marie Cupp, 63, of Upland, passed away at 11:50 pm on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at University Nursing Center in Upland. She was born in Marion, Indiana, on Thursday, February 9, 1961, to Harry and Carol (Kelley) Holloway.
Lisa graduated from Eastbrook High School and was a nursing assistant for many years at University Nursing Center. She liked to read, and she liked football. Lisa also enjoyed going to any activity, especially shopping.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Devin) Blackford of Huntertown; son, Michael Cupp of Grissom; grandson, Mason Blackford; granddaughter Ryleigh Blackford; siblings, James Holloway, Diana Holloway, Shirley (late Michael) Williams, Betty Holloway, Rose Holloway, Judy Holloway, Alice (William) Wilson, Richard Holloway, Jayne Holloway, William Holloway, and Terri Wagner; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Mary Elizabeth Holloway; and a grandson, Cameron Blackford.
In accordance with the family’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or funeral service.
