Mary Ann Cordill Cole

Mary Ann Cordill Cole, born on July 23, 1965, in Logan County, West Virginia, to Charlie and Mary Lou (Morris) Skeens, passed away at her home on April 2, 2025. She was a beloved mother and grandmother, known for her unwavering dedication to her family.

For six years, Mary Ann served as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Peabody Retirement Community, where her compassion and hard work made a significant impact on the lives of those she cared for. Following her time at Peabody, she transitioned to working for Custom Magnetics, dedicating the last three years of her career to this role.

Mary Ann possessed a strong will and an even stronger heart. She consistently placed the needs of her two children and two grandchildren above her own, cherishing the moments spent with them. They brought her immense joy, just as her beloved dog, Lily. She was known for her caring nature, generosity, and sense of humor that could light up any room.

In her leisure, Mary Ann found peace in bird watching and took pride in maintaining her many fish aquariums, hobbies that reflected her love for nature and life.

The loving memory of Mary Ann will be forever cherished by her mother, Mary Lou Skeens, North Manchester; son, Dale (Meagan) Cordill, Topeka; daughter, Christina (Jake) Gunter, Star City; grandchildren, Leighton Cordill and Harlow Gunter; brothers, Roy (Joey) Skeens, North Manchester and John Skeens, North Manchester; sisters, Betty Skeens, North Manchester and Linda (Terry) Moser, New Port Richey, Florida. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her father; brother, Charlie Skeens Jr.; and sister, Janet Wray.

Family and friends may call Monday, April 7, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester.
