It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Paul Eugene Galbraith Jr. (Gabby), who peacefully left us on March 20, 2025, to reunite with his beloved wife, Debbie Galbraith. He was 80 years old.
Gabby proudly served his country as a U.S. Army veteran during the Korean campaign and was a lifetime member of VFW Post #2067. He was also a proud member of the Miami Indians Tribe.
After retiring from General Motors following 40 years of dedicated service, Gabby enjoyed spending his time camping, fishing, and working in his yard. Above all, he cherished his family, always striving to make everyone around him smile with his infectious sense of humor and lively spirit. Gabby was truly the life of the party, and his laughter will be missed by all who knew him.
Gabby is survived by his daughter, Angela Moon, and son-in-law, Jeff Moon. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and family in his eight grandchildren: Brady Moon, Tiffani Leary (Noah), Mallory Pack (Jonathan), Reylee Moon (Terrie), Brandi Stultz, Austyn, Gabrielle Frazier (Tylor), and Elijah Moon. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren: Taira, Tanya, Zayden, Isabelle, Jaidyn, Zyler, Josie, Vera, Waylon, Wilkes, Remington, Enzlie, Adie, Houstynn, and Oaklynn.
A celebration of life will be held at Flowers Leedy, Tuesday March 25th, with visitation beginning at 11am followed by the funeral service at 1pm. Burial will take place at Mt. Hope cemetery immediately succeeding the funeral service. The family invites all who knew and loved Gabby to join them in honoring his memory.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to VFW Post #2067 in his honor.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home. Family and friends may sign the online guestbook at www.FlowersLeedyAllen.com.
