Rachel Platten performing at Eagles Theatre April 19th

WABASH, IN- Rachel Platten, an Emmy Award-winning, multi-platinum artist and singer-songwriter, is returning to the stage with her first North American headline tour in nine years: the Set Me Free” Tour.
Rachel will be performing in Downtown Wabash on Saturday, April 19 at the Eagles Theatre.

In May, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Rachel will re-release an even more intimate version of her deeply personal track, “Bad Thoughts.” This song offers both solace and empowerment and is a good reminder on how to get thru those dark days.  The song was born from her own struggle with panic attacks & depression – the track features guided breathwork woven between the choruses, offering a gentle yet powerful reminder to stay grounded.   Rachel’s advocacy for mental health is a central theme in both her music and activism, recently earning her NAMI’s prestigious Ending the Silence Award in recognition of her ongoing efforts.

Rachel just released her deeply personal and powerful new album, I Am Rachel Platten, a record that emerges from Rachel’s own struggles with mental health – depression, chronic pain, and how she dug herself out of the hole she fell into.  It’s a raw and radiant journey of healing.

Rachel’s live performances are a cross between a warm hug from a dear friend and a cathartic therapy session. You will walk out feeling uplifted and buoyant.
