Terrell (Scott), a beacon of kindness and compassion, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2024. His unwavering spirit and generosity touched countless lives, leaving a legacy of love and warmth.
Scott was born on October 12, 1967, to parents Ronald and Sandra Moffatt. He lived a life filled with his passions, including camping, fishing, playing piano, eating good food, and befriending new people. He graduated from OJ Neighbours High School in Wabash, Indiana before working at Gateway Enterprises in Peru, Indiana. He later moved from his hometown of Peru to Indianapolis. Scott will be remembered by many for his kindness and dedication to work. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of his family and friends. Scott is survived by his mother, Sandra Moffatt, sister Shelly Martin (Bill), niece Alexandria Maloney (William), nephew Thomas Hayes (Alana), great niece Elliana Hayes, and many cousins whom he loved dearly.

Funeral services will be held at Flowers–Leedy Funeral Home on May 4, 2024 from 2-4pm, where we will gather to celebrate the life of Scott and bid him a fond farewell.
