Themed Art Competition: Life on the Farm opens at the Honeywell Center


Wabash, IN – Winning artwork from the 2024 Themed Art Competition presented by Honeywell Arts & Entertainment is now on display at the Clark Gallery in the Honeywell Center until August 25. The exhibit
features artists of all ages with diverse interpretations of this year’s theme, “Life on the Farm.” 126 pieces were entered, and 66 pieces were chosen to be included in the exhibit. 12 individuals received awards.
This exhibit is sponsored by Agro-Chem, Inc.

The judge of this year’s competition was Wendy Puffer, Associate Professor of Art and Design and Program Coordinator at Indiana Wesleyan University (Marion, Ind.). Puffer has taught courses in Design,
3D Design, Art History, Interior Design, and Design for Social Impact. She has launched three businesses in the past 30 years, making stained glass, creating interior spaces, and conducting social impact design.
Puffer is currently the co-founder and CEO of Marion Design Co. Her studio is housed in the Kennedy Art Center in downtown Marion. She leads a team of designers who also serve as the curators of the art
gallery.
The Clark Gallery hosts exhibits by students, amateurs, and professional artists. Visual art experiences are an important part of the Honeywell Arts & Entertainment mission of providing arts, education, and
