Tommy Neil Luzadder

Tommy Neil Luzadder, 85, of Marion, went to be home with his Lord and reunite with his wife, Kathy, at 5:00 am on Sunday, December 17, 2023, at Marion Health. He was born in Marion, Indiana, on Tuesday, November 22, 1938, to Valley and Mildred (Phillips) Luzadder.  On February 19, 1973, he married Kathryn "Kathy" J. Miller, and they shared 47 years together until she passed away on September 10, 2020.

Tommy graduated from Marion High School and retired from the Marion Police Department (MPD) after 20 years of service as a lead detective and investigator for the Grant County Prosecutor's Office. He also retired from the Grant County Sheriff's Department. He was Secretary of the Indiana Polygraph Association and the first polygraph examiner for MPD and the county. Tommy was also a substitute teacher with Marion Community Schools and an instructor with American Red Cross. He was a member of: Grant County Sheriff's Champ Board and chaplaincy program, Easter Pageant, Exchange Club Evening, Grant County Scottish Rite Club, Samaritan Lodge No. 105 F & AM, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite (32 degrees) Valley of Fort Wayne, and Sunnycrest Baptist Church and TV crew.

Tommy is survived by his sons, Gary (Gladys) Luzadder of Bristol, TN, Mark (Julie) Luzadder of Tampa, FL, and Bradley (Angie) Luzadder of Marion; grandsons, Garrett Luzadder, Riley Marshall, and Hunter Edward J. Luzadder; adoptive son, Tim (Tiffany) Gallant; adoptive grandson, Jonathan Gallant; adoptive granddaughter, Katie Gallant; sister, Valerie (Jack) Pfeiffer of Orlando, FL; brother, Lawrence (Sharon) Luzadder of El Paso, TX; sister-in-law, Teal (Dennis) Royer of Fishers; and his fur baby, Christopher Robin.

He was also preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Pamela Luzadder.

At Tommy's request, there will be no public visitation or funeral service.  

Arrangements are entrusted to Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
