Trudy Lorraine VanHook, 57, of Peru passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2024.
She was born in Peru, Indiana on June 22, 1967 to Larry and Judy (Townsend) Ewer.
Trudy previously worked as a project manager for several companies. She was a 1985 graduate of Peru High School and only 1 of 3 who made it as a Tigerette during her freshman year. Trudy loved cooking, music, and sunshine in the summertime. She loved her dogs, children and being a “GiGi” to her grandson.
She is survived by her mother, Judy Ewer of Peru, children; Derek (Aimee) Faust of McCordsville, Indiana, Jade VanHook of Noblesville, Indiana, grandson, Kaiden Faust, and brothers; Brent (Cindy) Ewer, Bart Ewer, and Brook Ewer all of Peru.
Trudy is preceded in death by her father, Larry Ewer, and sister, Tina Ewer.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
