Wabash County Farm Bureau seeking 2025 student scholarship applications

Wabash, IN- Wabash County Farm Bureau is now accepting student scholarship applications for the 2025-2026 school year. To be eligible, the student must be graduating or have graduated from a Wabash County High School, belong to a family with an active 3-year Wabash County Farm Bureau membership and must be accepted into a university, college or technical school.

Wabash County Farm Bureau will select up to 6 (six) student scholarship winners and each student will be awarded $750.00 toward their future education. The application asks students to detail their educational successes and answer several questions about their future educational plans and career goals.

Mark York, President of Wabash County Farm Bureau Inc, understands that our scholarships grow future Ag leaders. With the average age of today’s farmer being 58 and agriculture consisting of only one percent of the population, Wabash is committed to advocating to our youth about Agriculture. If you agree with this, ask to become a member today and find your voice!

Applications are due on March 1st. Scholarship winners will be announced in May.
