William “Billy” E. Vance Jr. passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025.
For Billy, as we called him. Our family felt the true meaning of his personality was that he was honest and had integrity. He worked so hard his whole life to provide care and comfort for his family, despite the hurdles life threw his way. Billy was a true patriot and loved his country. All we know is that when Billy passed on, he will be truly missed.
A graveside service will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery at 11am on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Military rites will be provided by Wright Patterson Honor Guard and Miami County Military Rites Team.
