BUNKER HILL, IN — Miami Correctional Facility (MCF) recently demonstrated its commitment to supporting local youth athletics through a $500 donation to the Bengal Backer Booster Club.
Representing MCF, Ms. Heishman presented the donation to Ms. Potts, Vice President of the Bengal Backer Booster Club. The organization plays an important role in supporting athletic programs at Peru High School, helping provide student-athletes with resources that contribute to their success both on and off the field. The donation has been designated specifically for the Peru High School Lady Tigers Softball team, coached by Mr. Gapski, who also serves as the Grievance Manager at MCF.
MCF is proud to partner with community organizations that positively impact local students. Through contributions such as this, the facility continues to strengthen its connection with the community while supporting opportunities for young athletes to develop teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship.
