With broken hearts, we share with you the passing of our beautiful son and brother Wayne. He passed into eternity on January 17th, 2025.
He was born May 10th, 1961 to the late Henry Haggard and Clara DeWitt of Akron Indiana. He was blessed with and survived by his three sisters Julie Haggard of Indianapolis, Scarlet Haggard of Akron Indiana, and Jacki Haggard of Greencastle Indiana. He is also survived by his canine furbabies Sandy & Q-tip. Wayne was a 1979 graduate of Wabash High School.
He worked as a home health aide for many years. Working in Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois. He lived in Rockford Illinois and as his health declined a very good friend and assistant, Thomas Baker cared for him.
In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening, playing darts, playing cards, tuning pianos, and taking care of his angel fish.
