WABASH, IN – Selected artwork for the Annual Themed Art Competition presented by Honeywell Arts & Entertainment is on display at the Clark Gallery in the Honeywell Center now through August 12. The exhibit features artists of all ages with diverse interpretations of this year’s theme, “Windows.” Created over 15 years ago, this competition challenges artists each year to produce new works of art around an ever-changing theme—encouraging them to use the theme to give audiences a peek into their unique world. 96 pieces were entered, and 71 pieces were chosen to be included in the exhibit. 14 individuals received awards.
The competition was judged by Nick Martin, Creative Wellness Coach at the Anderson Museum of Art, in Anderson, Indiana. A public reception will take place on Wednesday, August 12, at 5:30 p.m. at the Honeywell Center. Reception reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 260.563.1102 or visiting honeywellarts.org.
