PERU, IN- The 2027 Commercial Façade Improvement Grant window is officially open.
ReDiscover Downtown Peru will reimburse 50% of eligible exterior improvement costs for downtown commercial properties, up to $5,000 per property, per year.
Applications are open now through January 31, 2027. Funds are limited, so don’t wait to apply.
Eligible projects can include exterior painting, awnings, lighting, windows and doors, brick and stone work, and other façade maintenance or restoration.
Important: work must not begin before your project is approved.
