GRANT COUNTY, IN- Congresswoman Victoria Spartz has been on the campaign trail gearing up for the November 3rd election. Spartz spent time last week in Grant County visiting the A.P.C Meeting, hosting a town hall in Upland, and speaking at a G.O.P. luncheon. Spartz is being challenged by Democrat J.D. Ford.
