MARION, IN- A Downtown Marion city block is going to be changing soon to a two-way street. 2nd Street between Boots and Adams will switch over to two-way since the River Rocks apartment building forced the closure of first street. Mike Graft with the City of Marion said people can use the road as a two-way now but need to be cautious.
The road will fully be open once the sidewalk and curb is done by the River Rocks.
