WABASH COUNTY, IN- On June 1, 2026, Danielle J. Swan, age 38, was sentenced in the Wabash Circuit Court by Judge Robert R. McCallen, III, to four years in the Indiana Department of Correction with one year suspended to probation on the charge of Attempted Dealing in Marijuana to a Minor, a Level 5 Felony.
The allegations in this case were that in January 2026, Ms. Swan attempted to obtain marijuana products from a dispensary in the State of Michigan with intent to provide some or all to a minor in Wabash County. Ms. Swan is a licensed attorney in the State of Indiana. The case was investigated by the Wabash City Police Department and the Wabash County Drug Task Force.
