Highlights
Online student registration is now closed for the upcoming school year, but it is not too late to join our schools. Interested families should contact the district at 260-563-8050 as soon as possible to register for the upcoming school year. Classes start August 12th.
Recognition
District
The Indiana Department of Education thanked the district for their prompt submission of the MSD Wabash County Schools 8050 Form 9 financial data for the period of January to June 2026. They appreciated the attention to the deadline and the care taken in providing complete and accurate information, which contributes directly to the quality of our statewide financial information as well as the efficiency of our work. Thank you for your work on this, Cheryl Stouffer!
Members of our transportation department were recognized, including Kyle Highley, mechanic; Lisa Miller/Jody Chenoweth/Tom Garthee, bus drivers; and Melissa Ball and Tim Plant for helping with bus inspections. Buses will be ready to go for the start of school. Kyle is a one-man department and does a great job keeping our buses up and running as we head into the start of the school year. MSDWC buses will travel 382,743 miles this school year (about 15.5 times around the Earth)!
