Carolyn Paschall

Carolyn Paschall passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. She leaves behind a lifetime of memories and generations of people who were blessed to know and love her.

Carolyn loved her family more than anything. Spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren brought her so much happiness. Her family was her greatest treasure, and she was proud to watch it continue to grow through each generation.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, James, her six children: Debbie, Dale, Jimmy, Jeremy, Sue, and Diane, and her grandson, Josh. Although losing her husband, all six of her children, and her grandson brought her tremendous heartbreak, she carried their memories and love in her heart throughout her life.

Carolyn’s faith in Jesus was a very special part of who she was. She loved going to church, praising Jesus, and sharing her faith with others. Her faith gave her comfort and strength throughout her life.

Anyone who knew Carolyn will remember the way she ended almost every conversation with “God Bless You.” Those words were such a big part of who she was. She truly meant them, and they were her own special way of showing love and kindness to the people around her.

Carolyn enjoyed the simple things in life, especially spending time with her family, her sisters, nieces and nephews, attending church every Sunday, and doing her word searches. She also made sure to call her family members on their birthdays to sing “Happy Birthday” to them. Those little moments and traditions are memories her family will treasure forever.

Carolyn is survived by her grandchildren: Keisha and her husband, Joe; Don Robert; Tara; Marissa; Tyler; Heather; Joseph; Ariana; Gabe; Jeremiah; Nicole; Ashley; Bridget; Colin; and Brandon.

She is also survived by her great-grandchildren: Braylen and his wife, Bethanie; Megan; Cameren; Faith; Cooper; Tucker; Elisha; Delena; Dalton; Bo; Makayla; Landon; Nikolai; Malaki; Mason; Ali; Ryder; Julian; Jazlyn; Junior; Mackenzie; Colton; Corbin; Dawson; Drayson; and Bryson.

Carolyn was blessed with great-great-grandchildren, Hayden and Sadie, with another great-great-grandchild on the way. Her family continues to grow, carrying her love and her memory into each new generation.

She is also survived by her two sisters, Kathy and Joyce, along with many nieces and nephews.

Carolyn leaves behind a family who will miss her deeply. While their hearts are heavy, they can find comfort knowing that she is at peace and no longer hurting. She is now with Jesus and with the loved ones she missed so dearly.

Her family will remember her love, her faith, her word searches, her birthday phone calls, and most of all, the words they heard so many times:

“God bless you.”

Carolyn’s life may have come to an end, but the love she gave her family will never end. Her memory will live on through every generation of her family and in all the lives she touched.

Rest peacefully. You are home now. We love you, and until we meet again… God bless you.
