Mack Colfred Eudy, Jr.

Mack Colfred Eudy, Jr., 57, of Roann, Indiana, passed peacefully at 12:44 p.m., on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at his home, surrounded by his family. He was born on November 11, 1968, in Peru, Indiana, to Mack Eudy, Sr., and Patricia (Colgan) Eudy Bowland, but was raised by his mother and his stepfather, Wayne Bowland.

Mack was a 1987 graduate of Oak Hill High School. On January 1, 2000, he married Alethea Trusty at the Wabash Chapel Church of God; they have shared over 26 years of love together. Mack was a Jack of All Trades; be it a mechanic, roofer, builder, or Millwright, he could do it all. Mack was a Millwright at Wendt Rigging for the last 15 years and thoroughly enjoyed working there. He previously worked at GenCorp and in construction. He was a previous member of the National Rifle Association and the North American Hunting Club, and enjoyed bow hunting deer, fishing, and cooking, especially using the smoker. A true outdoorsman, Mack could be found splitting and hauling wood, gardening, or riding his tractor. Above all, Mack adored his wife and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Alethea Eudy of Roann; six children, Deanna, Kayla, Megan, and Cassandra (Tyler Ray) Eudy, Braden Layne and Christa Murray; several grandchildren including, Braelyn Blackburn, Andrew O. Watkins and Jenson Watkins, four brothers, Greg (Christine) Eudy of Peru, Indiana, Wayne (Natalie) Bowland, Jr. of Texas, Jeff (Donna) Eudy of Converse, Indiana, and Shane Bowland, of Wabash County; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Sonja and Terry Brewer Sr. of Wabash; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Tarrence and Mindy Trusty of Wabash; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as his Wendt family. Mack was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Bradley Scott Eudy, in 2008, his stepfather, Wayne Bowland, and his father-in-law, Clarence Trusty.
